Purchase Annotate for Word PRO – Legal Writing Edition

 

Annotate PRO for Legal Writing can be purchased by individuals or by institutions.

Institutions looking to purchase Annotate for their faculty must license on an annual basis. Please don’t hesitate to Contact Us if you have any questions about your status or which licensing plan is most appropriate.

There are three licensing options:

  1. Individual License (“Individual”)
    Individuals interested in Annotate PRO LWE for their own copy of the software – a perpetual license. We include minor bug fixes; new releases may require an upgrade fee. Individual buyers can install Annotate on as many computers as they’d like but may require multiple licenses if different versions of Word are in use (for instance, Mac and PC).
  2. Institutional License for Annotate PRO LWE (“Institution”)
    Institutions that want to provide Annotate to their faculty must purchase an annual subscription. This subscription covers ALL faculty in the law school and greatly simplifies the administration of licenses. We provide the institution with a custom download page, from which faculty can download any version of Annotate PRO LWE they need – Mac at home, PC at work etc.
  3. Institutional License for Annotate PRO LWE and Q for Research (“Institution+”)
    Institutions can opt to extend Annotate for use by students (think peer review, self-assessment etc) and gain a Q for Research license. is a customized set of apps, covering Microsoft Word 2007/2010/2013 (Windows, Mac Office 2011 (Mac OS X), and Google Chrome, that brings your library resources one click away. Students can quickly access key databases, right from the place they are writing, greatly simplifying often complex library websites.

Intended for individual users, this perpetual license is perfect if you need to buy your own software.
