Upgrade Annotate

Different combinations of Operating System and Office require different installers for Annotate. For instance, Windows Vista has different security requirements than Windows 7. We also may release large upgrades to Annotate, or support future versions of Word (Office 2015 anyone?).

If you are an existing PRO user and you need a different installer, or want to upgrade to a newer version, you will need to purchase an upgrade. To upgrade College Edition PRO (CE) or Legal Writing Edition PRO (LWE) versions of Annotate for Word, complete the appropriate Buy Now info below. Please note that we need the initials (so the USER'S initials) that you would like to see in the comment bubbles created in Word (up to 5 characters). You'll receive a download link with your personalized version of Annotate within 24 hours.

Return Policy: If you have any doubts about our software, please install the appropriate FREE version of Annotate for Word College Edition - once you are satisfied, and everything is working, then proceed to purchasing a PRO license. All sales are final. Of course please contact us if you run into any problems with the FREE version of Annotate.

Once you have paid, we'll send you a personalized version of Annotate for Word within 24 hours. Your license is perpetual, and includes bug fixes and minor updates. We may release additional features in the future and make them available for upgrade pricing. We will keep pace with developments in Microsoft Word (Office 2015 is probably in the works...!!!) and offer upgrade pricing for future versions of Annotate for Word.
